You do not need to do anything special outside of our standard recommendations. Shut all your doors and windows, bring your pets inside, and remove delicate materials and vehicles away from your house.

Expect to see a significant improvement before we leave your home. However, it takes time for all of the organics to completely be eliminated from your roof.
Should I be worried about my plants and landscaping?
Cleaning a roof always carries the risk of harming nearby plant life. While we us industry-leading strategies to protect your landscape as much as possible, we cannot guarantee that you won’t see effects from treatment.

How should I prepare for my service?
For outside window cleaning, please make sure all your doors and windows are tightly shut. If you have window screens, you may need to remove them before your appointment. Wood Restoration

What should I do to prepare for my service?
In addition to tightly shutting all doors and windows and putting your pets indoors, please remove any delicate materials away from the service area. After we are done, please keep your pets off the newly sained surfaces until they are fully dry for 4 to 6 hours.
How long will the process take?
This is a two-appointment service. During your first appointment, we will clean and prep the wood area. During the second appointment, we will stain the wood. This appointment will be dependent upon the weather – we need the moisture content of the wood to be low, so we will need several days of clear weather prior to applying the stain.
Will you hook up to my water?
Yes. We will need access to an exterior water source. If this is not possible, please let us know.
How long will the stain last?
We use a high-quality commercial stain and protectant that can last up to 3-4 years on vertical surfaces and 2 years on horizontal services. If we are staining hardwood, such as Ipe or tigerwood, you will need to reapply the stain every year.
